For The Love Of Exposure
For The Love Of… (FTLO) is a platform for emerging and established Irish creative talents to showcase their work in an accessible and contemporary environment. As part of the PhotoIreland Festival, FTLO will present a unique live photography event and exhibition. Entitled ‘FTLO Exposure’, photographers Conor Buckley and Andreas Pettersson have been issued the challenge of creating a live photo-shoot under the theme ‘Exposure’, setting-up the space, lighting, props, models…whatever it may be, and shooting their concept in 4 hours. DJ Bantum will soundtrack the event with kick-off at 7.30pm. The results of the shoot will be launched in Space 54 as an exhibition on Sunday 4th July.
‘FTLO’ and PhotoIreland will also run an exhibition of the photographer’s selected work in Space 54 and The Exchange, Temple Bar for the duration of the PhotoIreland Festival
For The Love Of overview:
‘FTLO’ is a platform for both emerging and established Irish creative talents to showcase their work together in one accessible and contemporary environment. This can include anyone working in any creative media; students, professionals, freelancers, hobbyists and everything in between. Past ‘FTLO’ events have included creative directors and acclaimed artists.
For The Love Of was setup by Ivor Noyek & Shane O’Driscoll in November 2008.
